Free theater course for Mantova Campus students

The Mantova Campus of the Politecnico di Milano has organized a free theater course for the second semester of the 2024/25 academic year, in collaboration with the "Teatro Magro" theater company. The course will take place every Tuesday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at our campus, starting Tuesday, March 18 until Tuesday, March 20, 2025. Spots are limited. To register, you must fill out the dedicated FORM by March 13, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (CET) or until all spots are filled. The course is provided in Italian and English language.

The theater company will set the work on the personal resources and suggestions of the participants: the interests, characteristics and predispositions of individuals. The theatrical techniques involve the pursuit of certain general training objectives: improvement in the management of space-time coordinates; raising the concentration threshold; support for cognitive processes in terms of participatory observation, abstraction and memorization; promotion of the ability to self-assess one's performance; and development of a critical-aesthetic sense.
