The Pole Pro-rector delegate is appointed by the Chancellor and is responsible for convening and presiding over the Board of Reference and enforcing their respective resolutions, submitting the Development Plan and Pole Regulations to the Academic Senate for approval, and exercising all other powers delegated by the Chancellor.

COURSE OF STUDY COUNCIL

THE COURSE OF STUDY COUNCIL (CCS) brings together the faculty members in charge of teachings or teaching modules delivered in the Course of Study and a number of elected student representatives. Each Course of Study Council is chaired by a Coordinator, elected from among the faculty members of that Council

STEERING COMMITTEE
It consists of representatives of institutions, representatives of the world of work and scientific and technological research interested in the profile of graduates designed by the Courses of Study.

The Committee is consulted periodically on the cultural and professional competencies provided by the educational cycle and the relationship of these with the training needs coming from society.

REFERENCE COUNCIL
The Reference Council is the policy, planning and management body of the Cluster. Its tasks include student orientation, promotion, logistics and management of active Courses of Study; collaboration with Departments to facilitate and enhance research activities; and promotion and development of technology transfer activities, also in collaboration with subjects and productive forces in the area.
