Call for Students | Video project for Palazzo Te
Participate in the Video Project for the Five Hundredth Anniversary of Palazzo Te
On the occasion of the five-hundredth anniversary of the construction of Palazzo Te, the Foundation and the Mantova Campus of Politecnico di Milano are collaborating to celebrate this extraordinary Mannerist monument designed by Giulio Romano. The project aims to explore and narrate the history, art and architecture of Palazzo Te, a work that marked a fundamental chapter in the history of Renaissance architecture and culture.
If you are an architecture student with a passion for video and photography, this is your chance to contribute to a high-level project and discover the wonders of one of the most celebrated masterpieces of the Italian Renaissance.
What we are looking for:
- 3 architecture students willing and with experience or interest in photography and video, with knowledge of video editing programs (Adobe PremierePro - After Effect);
- Creativity and ability to observe and narrate the beauty of architecture and frescoes in an original way;
- Interest in participating in the creation of visual content, including interviews with internationally renowned architects, lecturers and personalities.
Beginning in March, the project will feature videos exploring Palazzo Te through interviews with architectural experts, art historians and other international figures. The videos will include general footage of the Palazzo, with a focus on the architectural details and frescoes that decorate the building.
